Delivery in Egypt
Giza Cotton Hub delivers to addresses across Egypt. Available delivery methods, the final shipping fee and the estimated date are displayed at checkout according to the delivery address and order size.
Estimated delivery times
- Cairo and Giza: usually 2–5 working days.
- Alexandria, Delta and major cities: usually 3–7 working days.
- Upper Egypt, coastal and remote areas: usually 5–10 working days.
Working days exclude Fridays, public holidays and exceptional closure periods. Large orders, bridal packages and personalised items may require additional preparation time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. We may contact you to verify the order or delivery address. Items may arrive in more than one parcel when prepared from different locations, without duplicate shipping charges unless agreed in advance.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information, when available, is shared by email, SMS or the carrier. Please provide a complete address and an active Egyptian mobile number.
Changes & Cancellations
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot always be made after dispatch. If the order has shipped, the return procedure may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund in accordance with Egyptian consumer-protection rules.
